  • The Puja Permission Portal is an online platform designed to simplify the process of securing all necessary approvals from various government departments in Bankura for organizing Durga Puja and other festivals.

  • Registered Puja committees or clubs that successfully hosted Durga Puja last year can apply for this year’s permissions through the portal.

  • Applying for Puja permission is simple:

    1. Register your committee on the portal.

    2.Log in using your credentials.

    3.Complete the application form with all required information.

    4.Upload the necessary documents.

    5.Hit the submit button, and you’re done

  • Typically, you will need the following documents:

    1. Last year's Puja Permission

    2. NOC from the landowner

    3. Electricity bill

    4. Electrician’s declaration

    5. Decorator’s declaration

    6. Site Plan

    7. Secretary/President’s Signature

    8. List of Volunteers

    9. Safety Declaration Form for Temporary puja connection (Already attached in portal)

    10.Puja/Festival budget related documents

    11.Download the attached PCB Undertaking format, fill it in, and upload it in the portal.

  • No, once you have submitted the application, you cannot modify it. Please review all the details carefully before the final submission.

  • You will receive a notification on the portal as well as an email/SMS alert once your application is approved or if further clarification is required.
