• Each puja committee can submit only one application per puja/event.
• Multiple applications for the same puja by different persons representing the same committee are strictly prohibited.

Accurate Representation

• The applicant must be an authorized representative of the puja committee.
• All details provided must be true and verifiable.

Accurate Contact Information

• The contact details provided by the Pooja Committee at various steps of the application form including mobile number, email address, and physical address, must be accurate and kept updated at all times. These details are essential for official communication and coordination.

Responsibility

• The applicant and the puja committee are jointly responsible for ensuring the application is unique and accurate.
• Any misuse or submission of false information may lead to cancellation of permission and/or blacklisting for future pujas.

Compliance

By using this portal, applicants agree to comply with all local laws, municipal regulations, and puja committee guidelines.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from multiple applications or portal misuse will be reviewed by the concerned authority, and their decision will be final and binding.
